Two Factor Authentication
Add an extra layer of security to Teluul accounts with two-factor authentication (2FA).
Common questions
Turn on 2FA
Sign in, open your security settings, and enable two-factor authentication. Follow the on-screen steps with your authenticator app.
Backup codes
Save your recovery codes in a safe place. You need them if you lose access to your authenticator app.
Lost access to 2FA
If you cannot complete 2FA, email support@teluul.comwith your organization name and username.
